Rendered homes look sharp when the coating is fresh, and tired when it chalks, stains or cracks. We repaint and recoat existing render. We do not do plastering or new render application; we make existing render look new again.
What's included
- Repainting and recoating existing cement and acrylic render
- Washing off dirt, mould and chalking
- Filling hairline cracks with flexible fillers
- Sealer and primer suited to the substrate
- Texture and membrane coatings from render-system brands
- Feature colours, bands and trims
How it works
- Call us for a free quote. Tell us what you need painted. We can often give a rough idea on the phone.
- Photos or a quick visit. Some jobs we price from photos, others need a short site visit. Both are free.
- Book in. Once you're happy with the written price, we lock in a date and do the job.
- Pay afterwards. We send the invoice when the work is finished and you're happy.
Where we work
We do render painting across the whole City of Ipswich and parts of Coomera, including:
Do you do plastering or new render?
No. We repaint and recoat existing render. If a wall needs new render or structural crack repairs, we will tell you and you can get a renderer in first.
Can you fix cracks in render?
We fill and seal hairline cracks as part of prep, using flexible fillers that move with the wall. Wider or structural cracks need a renderer or builder to look at first.
What paint goes on render?
A 100% acrylic or elastomeric membrane coating is usually best, because it stays flexible and breathes. We pick the system to suit your walls.
